We're looking for an experienced Big Data Engineering Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data platforms. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, shape technical strategy, and work closely with AI and engineering teams on cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Big Data Engineers.

  • Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and streaming platforms.

  • Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture and development through to deployment and support.

  • Drive scalability, performance, reliability, and engineering best practices.

  • Collaborate with AI, ML, and backend teams to deliver data-driven products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Big Data Engineering experience.

  • Previous team leadership or technical project leadership experience.

  • Strong Java development skills (Spring, Vert.x, or similar).

  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and stream-processing technologies such as Flink, Spark, Beam, or Kafka Streams.

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and ClickHouse.

  • Passion for solving complex data challenges at scale.
