HR Generalist - Contract to Hire 
$33-35/hr. 
Hours: 7am - 4pm 
WFH situation: On-site 
Location: Rosenberg, TX 

Job Description: 
Provide on-site HR support to Texas employees and supervisors under the direction of the Corporate HR Manager in Rancho Cucamonga. Promote consistent HR practices, support compliance with Texas and federal employment requirements, and address employee concerns promptly while strengthening communication and working relationships.

Must-Haves 

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, shop, or field environment
  • Working knowledge of Texas and federal employment requirements 
  • Experience supporting employee relations, advising supervisors, recruiting, and onboarding 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and business systems 
  • Ability to work independently on-site while partnering with Corporate HR 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred 

  • Related degree or HR certification 
  • Payroll and Paylocity experience
