Through an 18-month rotation program, you will gain hands-on experience in various roles across the supply chain, optimizing sell-through across different routes-to-market. You will work on planning, allocation, and logistics of our finished goods, learning through a mix of classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentorship. You will witness the complex end-to-end flow of goods and take a meaningful role with direct impact, including meeting our cost and carbon goals, maximizing revenue, and improving the customer experience. After these rotations, you’ll be placed in a position in one of our Operations teams, employing your cross-functional background.

Bachelor of Science, MS (in relevant fields like Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent experience is desired
