Retail Project Senior Officer

The challenge is to:

• Support and coordinate retail system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation and rollout activities.
• Provide day-to-day support for retail systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted store operations.
• Coordinate with stores, IT teams and vendors to resolve system incidents and user enquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Prepare reports, project documentation, user guides and communication materials for management and business users.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Do you have experience in Retail Support?

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Retail Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail systems support, business applications support, retail operations or project coordination.
• Knowledge of POS, store operation systems and retail business processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset..
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, detail-minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
