Position Overview
This position serves as a Compliance & Control Functional Process Manager for assigned areas of the Department of Corrections. The individual will serve as an expert on all types of leaves, secondary employment and workers compensation. The person will work closely with the agency executive management staff, Labor Relations staff, Union Representatives, and Central Management Services and shall create a sound, professional working relationship with the same. The position works in a strong team environment alongside other Human Resources Managers. We are looking for an energetic candidate looking to be an integral part of the Human Resources team.
