This position is designed to provide a clear path from Entry-Level Mortgage Sales into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer position. You’ll learn the industry, develop your sales skills, obtain your licensing, and gain the confidence and experience needed to build a successful career in mortgage lending.
You’ll work alongside experienced mortgage professionals who are invested in your development, providing hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to help you build a successful long-term career in the mortgage industry.
What You'll Accomplish Within Your First 90 Days
Completed mortgage licensing and compliance training (100% company-paid)
Mastered proven sales scripts and communication techniques
Built and managed a pipeline of prospective borrowers
Gained hands-on experience with loans actively moving through the process
Received ongoing coaching and mentorship from industry leaders
Prepared for a successful transition into a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer role
