Commercial Real Estate

Who you work with matters.

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to expand into commercial real estate, develop relationships with property owners and investors, and build a specialized business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys researching properties, identifying investment opportunities, connecting with business owners, and learning how commercial transactions come together through professional guidance and consistent activity.

You will learn how to identify potential commercial clients, approach property owners, develop investor relationships, and uncover opportunities involving sales, acquisitions, and leasing. Through prospecting, networking, and strategic follow up, you will gain experience creating conversations that can lead to appointments, property evaluations, and future transactions.

Working alongside knowledgeable real estate professionals, you will become familiar with office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and other investment property categories. You will learn how to research market conditions, review rental income and operating expenses, understand property valuations, and evaluate opportunities based on investment objectives. This experience will help you develop the knowledge needed to communicate effectively with commercial buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

You will also receive coaching and practical guidance on commercial presentations, negotiations, contracts, due diligence, and transaction coordination. Ongoing accountability and business development training will help you establish productive prospecting routines, organize your pipeline, strengthen your communication skills, and build relationships with professionals who regularly participate in commercial real estate transactions.

Our collaborative environment provides opportunities to learn from experienced professionals while developing your own commercial real estate business. With a focus on education, relationship building, market knowledge, and consistent activity, you can work toward becoming a valuable resource for investors, business owners, and commercial property clients.
