We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Process Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support the development, evaluation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Identify process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) activities.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids.
Conduct process trials, analyze production data, and prepare technical reports.
Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and calibration.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve productivity and product quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and process standardization.

🎓 Qualifications
Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
OR
HNDE / NDT / NDES qualification in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience.
💡 Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good planning, organizational, and project coordination skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
