Process Management and Cross-Functional Coordination: • Define, formalize, document, and continuously improve business processes, including underwriting, claims management, data flows, and reporting. • Actively manage workflow automation and digitalization initiatives in close collaboration with IT and data teams. • Ensure that processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements. • Identify operational pain points and drive problem-solving and process optimization initiatives. • Act as a central coordination point between operational teams, IT, Finance, and external partners. • Foster collaboration and ensure seamless coordination across teams to address operational challenges. • Ensure the timely implementation of IT solutions with our partners and proactively remove any delivery blockers. • Contribute to the implementation or enhancement of tools and systems supporting operational management. • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead process optimization projects.
