We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving efficiently.

The Processor is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.

Our ideal candidate has:

3-5 years of mortgage processing experience (Broker experience is a Plus+ but not required)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work
The ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
A proactive self-starter mentality. You’re resourceful, comfortable finding answers on your own, and don’t need constant direction to keep things moving.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Resourceful and solutions-oriented. You know how to find answers, solve problems, and move things forward independently while recognizing when a question truly needs to be escalated.
