About the role
- The Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement & Operations owns the systems, processes, and data that turn SPYRE’s sales activity into recognized, reconciled, and forecastable revenue. This is a leadership role with direct P&L impact: you will own revenue integrity across our supplier commission streams, run the executive reporting and forecasting cadence for the CEO and leadership team, own the Salesforce platform and its roadmap, and lead enablement for the data center operators and network providers that make up our supplier base.
- You will operate as the business owner of SPYRE’s core operating processes — contract, inventory, pre-sales, orders, and partner & supplier onboarding — with the mandate to make them faster, cleaner, and more automated.
What you'll do
- Revenue Integrity & Commissions
- Own the commission calculation cycle end to end — source-data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and payout readiness
- Audit supplier commission statements against contracted rates and active circuits/services; identify, escalate, and recover underpayments and billing gaps
- Maintain the commission model across one-time and residual revenue streams, ensuring every closed deal is tracked from signature through billing
- Build the controls and audit cadence that keep commission leakage at zero
Executive Reporting & Forecasting
- Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reporting suite — pipeline, bookings, MRC and residual forecast, commission forecast, and supplier performance — delivered to the CEO and leadership team
- Own forecast accuracy: define the metrics, maintain the data model behind them, and surface risks and trends before they become problems
Salesforce Platform & Data
- Own the Salesforce platform and roadmap — architecture, workflow configuration, dashboards, reporting, and analytics — and direct outside admin resources against it
- Own data governance: the account segmentation model, data quality standards, and the audit cadence that make forecasts trustworthy
- Drive sales team adoption — opportunities logged from first touch, kept current, and deal registrations and orders submitted accurately
- Identify and build automation (AI tooling, integrations, scripting) for reconciliation, reporting, and data entry to remove manual work from the revenue cycle
Supplier & Partner Enablement
- Own onboarding and enablement for data center operators and network providers — SPYRE’s supplier and partner base — from contract execution through go-live
- Serve as the operational owner of the supplier portfolio: rate cards, commission terms, deal-registration rules, and partner performance tracking
- Own the supplier enablement kit, playbooks, and field-ready materials that internal teams use directly with clients, suppliers, and partners
Operating Processes & Enablement
- Own SPYRE’s core operating processes — contract, inventory, pre-sales, orders, and partner & supplier onboarding — and the continuous improvement loop from field feedback to updated process
- Own the deal desk function: deal registration accuracy, order submission, and deal-phase tracking so nothing stalls between signed and billing
- Own internal onboarding and training for new hires and the internal knowledge base
- Frame, scope, and lead cross-functional special projects for the leadership team
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Zero commission leakage — every dollar earned is identified, reconciled, and collected
- Leadership trusts the numbers: forecasts are accurate, reporting is on time, and decisions are made from the dashboard, not a spreadsheet hunt
- Suppliers and partners go live faster, with a repeatable onboarding experience
- The sales team lives in Salesforce because it is easier than the alternative
- Manual reconciliation and data entry shrink every quarter as automation takes over
Qualifications
- 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, revenue enablement, or a comparable operator role
- Hands-on Salesforce experience — reporting, dashboards, workflow configuration — or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly
- Experience owning commission, reconciliation, or finance-adjacent workflows with a high standard for accuracy
- A track record of building onboarding and training programs with measurable adoption outcomes
- Comfort scoping and leading cross-functional projects without needing to be managed
- High judgment, strong written communication, and the ability to present to executives
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience with infrastructure-side suppliers (data center operators, network providers, or similar) or channel/agent revenue models
- Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and interest in automating operational work
