Join our team as a Trainer, where you will be responsible for detecting training needs, preparing and monitoring the training budget, designing and implementing the annual training plan, managing external suppliers, evaluating training effectiveness, and maximizing resources for training courses. You will also design and train the worldwide retail network on the product, coordinate the international integration program, and establish goals for staff development. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry is required, along with excellent planning and communication skills, and a good command of English.
Key missions
- Detect the training needs of the network and create an annual training plan tailored to employees' needs.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the Training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Design, implement, and monitor the Annual Training Plan, optimizing and managing external suppliers to ensure successful execution.
