Job Summary
We are currently seeking to recruit a Supervisor for our Westin Workout Fitness Studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- assisting the HOD in the daily running of the Fitness Studio;
- managing the reception area;
- greeting clients and customers and handling enquiries in person or by phone
- managing phone calls, post and emails
- book-keeping and record keeping of guests visits, active membership as well as data entry into the Westin Workout system.
- maintenance and organisation of records
- supervising and leading other associates
The ideal candidate should meeting the following requirements:
- Minimum of level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing
- being versatile, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- having good organizational skills as well as good problem solving skills
- Is willing to work weekends and public holidays, and covering early opening shifts and closing shifts
