Make a meaningful difference by helping families protect what they’ve built and plan confidently for what’s ahead.
We’re looking for an experienced Estate Planning & Administration Attorney who enjoys building trusted client relationships, taking ownership of their work, and being part of a collaborative and supportive legal team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals and families through some of life’s most important decisions—from proactively creating thoughtful estate plans to providing guidance through trust and estate administration. You’ll take the time to understand each client’s unique goals and circumstances and translate them into customized strategies designed to protect their assets, preserve their legacy, and provide peace of mind for the future.
You’ll independently manage a diverse caseload, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, while ensuring each plan is tailored, compliant, and designed for long-term effectiveness. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior attorneys on more sophisticated matters, contribute to case strategy, and draw on the knowledge and experience of the broader legal team.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to continue growing their expertise in estate planning, wealth transfer, asset protection, and trust and estate administration while further developing their skills in sophisticated drafting and client counseling.
At Safe Harbor Estate Law, you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your matters while still having the resources, collaboration, and support of an experienced team behind you.
