Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 (Based on Experience)

Hours: 80 Hours Per 2-week pay period. Monday through Friday

Position Summary

The Assisted Living Activity Director is responsible for planning, developing, and leading engaging activity and religious programs that enhance residents' quality of life. This role supervises activity staff and volunteers while fostering a fun, safe, and person-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily activities and monthly calendars

• Supervise activity staff and volunteers

• Coordinate special events, outings, and community involvement

• Manage department supplies, budget, and documentation

• Promote a positive, engaging atmosphere for residents

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, OT/OTA, or

• Two years of activity experience in a healthcare setting (one year full-time), or state-approved training

• Valid driver's license required

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
