Mercedes-Benz Vans is a very successful business unit of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We are manufacturer of premium vans for private and commercial customers and markets worldwide. We provide holistic transport solutions for people and goods.

We are shaping the Van business of the future. Our future products must meet the core requirements of transporting goods and people as well as the increasing requirements for connectivity and digital solutions. However, under our Ambition 2039, the focus is on CO2 neutrality and the resulting emission-free driving. The future of mobility in the transport sector is electric, especially on the last mile. Therefore, our share of battery-electric vehicles is growing steadily.

At the Jawor site, a part of the new generation of vehicles from the VAN.EA (battery electric vans) and VAN.CA (combustion engine driven) platform is going to be assembled. The plant is being built in close cooperation with the already established powertrain plant in Jawor and will be a combination of a greenfield plant (new buildings) and the use of the existing plant.

As part of this footprint optimization at MB Vans Operations we as Tech Vans decided to make use of this new footprint. In specific we decided to strengthen our project and performance management capability by increasing correspondingly our team on site in Jawor. By that, Tech Vans is strengthened in its ability to be a strategic enabler for MB Vans by pushing State-of-the-Art Tech into operation (FOSS, AI, Cloud, IoT etc.), being successful in transformation projects, meeting Tech Vans targets and much more. Besides Jawor, the department PT/TVT is also located at the locations Stuttgart and Ludwigsfelde. We are transforming MB Vans by pushing excellence in projects like e.g. the ramp-up of the new plant in Jawor, Mainframe Exit or Blueprint Operations MB Vans.

Our team consists of highly motivated team players, who are waiting for your support. We work for each other, with each other and with passion as a team. We value a direct, open and respectful collaboration.
