What We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience preferred
Strong local relationships and community ties
Existing customer base or ability to generate repeat and referral business
Proven ability to follow up and maintain relationships
Comfortable using phone, text, social media, and CRM tools to generate business
Competitive, self-motivated, and professional
Someone who wants to build their own book of business — not just wait for the next floor up
