We're looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in the greater Boise area, with offices in Boise and Meridian. We're a practice built on a simple idea: therapists do their best work when they're well trained, well supported, and not buried in administrative noise.

Build a schedule that actually fits your life. Want more in-person time? Also great. Many of our clinicians work Monday through Thursday, starting around 10 or 11 a.m. and wrapping up by 6 or 7 p.m. This is a hybrid-friendly role, and you have real freedom to design your week. Prefer four days in the office and one from home? Great. Sustainable clinical work isn't a perk here; it's how we run the place.

Focus on the work you trained for. Our office team handles intake screenings and client matching, so your energy goes where it belongs: into the room with clients.

What we offer:

Competitive pay starting at $45 to $50 per hour, plus additional compensation for administrative work
Fully licensed clinicians make $95,000/year averaging 25 clients/week
An extra $2.50/hour for Spanish-speaking clinicians
