Site Engineer – Liquid Cooling (1-Year Contract)

Company: ByteBridge Technology Location: Indonesia (On-site) Employment Type: 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract Job Responsibilities Support daily operations and maintenance of liquid cooling systems within the data center. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with operational SLAs. Respond to equipment faults and incidents, ensuring response and recovery times are met. Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on cooling equipment. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to the customer's operations team during the one-year period following Integrated Systems Testing (IST). Maintain operational documentation, maintenance reports, training records, and certifications. Ensure compliance with site safety and operational procedures. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data center operations, cooling systems, or facilities maintenance. Knowledge of liquid cooling systems, Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), chilled water systems, pumps, and piping is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently in an on-site environment. Willing to be based at the customer site in Indonesia for a 12-month contract. Contract Duration: 12 months, supporting liquid cooling operations and knowledge transfer following IST.
