CARPENTER FULL-TIME MJK HOME RENOBUILD PTY LTD T/A CONCEPT HOMEZ Job Title: Carpenter Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Marsden Park, NSW 2765 Work Arrangement: In-person Salary: $80,000 $90,000 per year + superannuation ABOUT THE BUSINESS MJK HOME RENOBUILD PTY LTD T/A Concept Homez is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join its team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will undertake carpentry work for residential construction, home improvement and renovation projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Read and interpret building plans, drawings and specifications. - Measure, mark, cut and shape timber and other building materials. - Construct and install wall frames, roof frames and other timber structures. - Install doors, windows, flooring, fittings and other carpentry components. - Carry out carpentry work for residential construction and renovation projects. - Select and operate appropriate carpentry tools and equipment. - Assemble, fit and secure building components according to project specifications. - Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. - Repair and maintain timber structures and building components where required. - Coordinate with builders, subcontractors and other tradespeople. - Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition. - Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Applicants must have: - A minimum Certificate III in Carpentry or a related qualification. - At least 2 years of relevant carpentry experience. - Ability to interpret building plans and technical drawings. - Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and construction methods. - Good measuring, cutting, fitting and installation skills. - Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
