As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our platform and users as we expand into new markets. You will tackle daily anti-fraud operations and work on finding innovative solutions to streamline fraud management. About the role
We're looking for someone with 0-2 years of experience (this can be your first job!) in operations, back-office functions, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a startup, fintech, or payment company. Prior fraud experience is not required: we can train you from scratch. We move fast by keeping things simple, and we want someone who shares that mindset. * **You're an empathetic communicator** with clear communication in French and English, strong client focus, and ability to build trust while handling sensitive cases. * **You have a investigative analytical instinct.** You love connecting the dots and spotting weird behaviors. You've worked with data - spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or anything in between to build logic, and dig until you find emerging patterns. You don't need someone to hand you the answer. * **You have an operational hacker mindset.** When you see a repetitive task, your first instinct is to fix it - not just flag it. You've used automation tools, written scripts, or built workflows to cut waste.
