Join Mytraffic, a rapidly growing location intelligence platform, as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption and operational excellence, leading account and business planning, and contributing to the CSM team structure and customer outreach. You will work closely with clients to ensure they see concrete results from our product and identify new needs that can be addressed. This position is based in Madrid or Barcelona and requires fluency in French and English.
Key missions
- Deliver value early and consistently to clients, ensuring they see concrete results from the product.
- Expand the value delivered by regularly reviewing each client's situation, measuring results, and identifying new needs.
- Lead and maintain the AI shift with clients, making the product a daily reflex that drives concrete decisions.
