Quality Technican (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Perform inspections, product audits, and verification activities to ensure compliance with customer, legal, and internal quality requirements
Detect, document, segregate, and support the disposition of non-conforming material while ensuring quick containment of quality issues on the shop floor
Support QRQC, 8D investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and process stability
Support quality improvement initiatives, operator awareness activities, and implementation of quality standards to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction



This is what you bring to us:

Technical education or equivalent experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Engineering environment
Strong ability to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, QRQC, SPC, or 8D methodology
Ability to work with quality data, reports, Microsoft Office applications, and quality management systems
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Laboratory, Logistics, and Customer Quality teams
Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
