We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Realtor Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to grow our network of real estate referral partners and generate qualified opportunities for our loan pipeline.

This is a full-time remote position focused on outbound outreach to real estate agents. The specialist will spend the workday calling Realtors, building relationships, introducing the value of partnering with our company, collecting accurate contact information, identifying potential opportunities, and scheduling qualified meetings directly on leadership's calendar.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong cold-calling and appointment-setting experience, and is comfortable working in a results-driven environment where performance is measured through outreach, conversions, appointments, and opportunities generated.

Candidates located in Mexico or a compatible time zone are preferred.
