SAP IBP Consultant Senior
Requirements
Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–7 years of professional experience, including 3–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, including Master Data, Planning Areas, Key Figures, Key Figure Calculations, Planning Operators, Alerts, Dashboards, and Excel Planning Views.
  • Experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning and Response Planning, including Master Data, Key Figures, Planning Areas, and Planning Operators.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP), including Supply Heuristics and Optimizer configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC integration, particularly within SD, MM, and PP modules.
  • Experience with SAP CPI, CI-DS, RTI, OData, APIs, and other middleware/integration technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations across global business regions.
  • Experience working with North America (NA) and APAC business teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and advanced supply chain planning processes.
  • Experience with enhancement projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.

Activities to Perform
  • Provide support for ongoing SAP IBP Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations across North America and APAC regions.
  • Configure and maintain SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Order-Based Planning solutions.
  • Develop and enhance Planning Areas, Key Figures, Planning Operators, Alerts, Dashboards, and Planning Views.
  • Support and optimize Supply Heuristics and Optimizer configurations within SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP).
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations between SAP IBP and SAP ECC, including SD, MM, and PP modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements.
  • Support data integration and interface monitoring using SAP CPI, CI-DS, RTI, APIs, OData, and middleware technologies.
  • Ensure solution stability, performance optimization, and adherence to supply chain planning best practices.
