Key missions
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Communicate with clients, Sales, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Prepare aging reports, analyze overdue accounts, and reconcile old accounts to identify discrepancies.
