This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who enjoys meaningful client relationships, autonomy, and guiding families through important life transitions. The Probate & Trust Administration Attorney will independently manage probate and trust administration matters from the initial client consultation through final distribution and closing.

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate both the legal and practical aspects of administering an estate or trust after the loss of a loved one. You’ll prepare and file court documents, provide clear and compassionate legal guidance, ensure compliance with Minnesota probate requirements, and keep matters moving efficiently from start to finish.

While this position offers a high degree of independence and ownership over your caseload, you’ll also have the support of an experienced legal team. You’ll collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters, contribute to case strategy, and work alongside a team committed to providing an exceptional client experience.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, provided the attorney is licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Initial training and onboarding will take place at our Little Canada office to provide hands-on support and help you get to know our team, systems, and processes.

For those who prefer an in-office or hybrid environment, you may also work from any of our three Minnesota offices:

  • Little Canada

  • Wayzata

  • Burnsville

Compensation

The base salary package includes a $6,000 annual home office reimbursement, paid at $250 per paycheck.
