We are looking for someone interested in developing a real estate business with a luxury focused team serving Long Beach and nearby coastal communities while earning rewarding commissions. Licensed agents and individuals currently completing their real estate licensing requirements are welcome to apply.

You will gain experience communicating with prospective buyers and sellers, following up with active opportunities, understanding client needs, and moving conversations toward appointments. With access to systems connected to the Zillow Flex program, you will learn how consistent communication and thoughtful follow-up can help create new client relationships and future business.

As you progress, you will participate in property tours, research local market activity, communicate with clients, and gain exposure to negotiations and transactions. You will see how experienced agents manage opportunities, organize their daily activities, and maintain the consistency necessary to develop a productive real estate business.

You will work around experienced real estate professionals while receiving coaching, accountability, marketing resources, and team support. The environment is designed to help you improve your sales skills, understand the Long Beach coastal market, deliver a higher level of client service, and develop strong business habits from the beginning.
