You will assist buyers as they tour homes, explore different neighborhoods, and compare properties based on their needs and goals. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will receive coaching and practical guidance while learning how to prepare for appointments, communicate with buyers, maintain consistent follow up, and stay organized as clients move through their property search. You will also gain valuable exposure to the steps that take place as buyers progress toward offers, negotiations, and transactions.
The experience you develop through showings can become a foundation for expanding your real estate business.
