This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated strategy across three critical pillars: internal communications, employee engagement, and learning & development. You will combine expertise in organizational communications, change management, talent development, and employee experience to foster an agile, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. Success in this role means employees across the AIML Data Operations organization feel informed about business priorities, engaged in their work, and supported in their growth.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, organizational development, or learning and development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Experience within a high-growth technology, software, engineering, or digital organization, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives
Expertise in internal communication strategies and digital communication platforms, along with knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience using employee engagement and survey platforms
Strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders
Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, collaboration technologies, and people analytics
Strong project and program management capabilities
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
