The SoftGoods team brings color and texture to Apple! We work with specialty materials like fabric, adhesives and silicone across a wide range of Apple products - iPhone & iPad accessories, Watch bands, Vision Pro, AirPods Max & more.

Operations Program Managers are pivotal to the development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful OPM is a natural leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program / project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. This individual is the team leader within Product Operations and serves as the primary interface to product development and other functions within Apple. Our overall mission is a successful product launch meeting schedule, availability and customer experience goals.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in NPI Operations Management, Supply Chain or Product/Program Management.
Results driven and detail oriented project / program leadership experience required.
Proven ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams and through the supply chain, exercising sound judgment and influencing without direct authority
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to consolidate detailed data into concise executive messages.

Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications
Technical expertise combined with in-factory experience a plus
Engineering or technical degree preferred. MBA a plus.
