Technical Service Representative

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY

a. Assist sales to expand the development of new customers in specific areas, provide technical services, on-site verification services;

b. Maintain orders from existing customers and customers in specific areas, provide on-site technical services, introduce new products, equipment and processes to customers, communicate and discuss paint problems, solve on-site problems, and maintain good customer relations.

c. Participate in the team to debug new projects, including coordinating customer personnel, on-site inspection, record summary report;

d. Understand the equipment and coating process, adjust the spraying parameters to the applicable range according to the characteristics of the coating product, so as to avoid unqualified results during the coating process;

e. Communicate closely with the internal laboratory, sales, production, feedback information as carefully as possible and get feedback to realize the value of internal team cooperation.

f. Provide help and support to internal and external personnel

g. Cooperate with R&D to assist other colleagues to follow up new products and customer complaints

h. Provide construction machinery industry or related technical services

1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
   1. Required：Science and engineering professional college or bachelor's degree or above, experienced students can appropriately reduce the educational requirements to high school.
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
   1. Required
3. a. 5-8 years of experience in coating technical services or in the field of application tools, multi-faceted experience is preferred;
4. b. Experience in project operation, customer maintenance and marketing;
5. c. Independent and successful problem solving ability in the field of industrial paint applications;
