SRR Group is seeking an exceptional Immigration Attorney to join its practice. This role is suited to an attorney who approaches immigration law as an advocate rather than a caseworker — someone who reads the underlying case law, identifies overlooked arguments, and is prepared to challenge the government's position when the facts and law support doing so. We are willing to wait for the right candidate. We are also willing to be flexible in hours and employment conditions for the right candidate.

The firm handles complex immigration matters, including removal defense, asylum, humanitarian relief, detention litigation, waivers, family-based immigration, and employment-based immigration cases. Many of these matters require significant legal strategy beyond routine form preparation, and the attorney in this role will be expected to take ownership of case strategy from intake through resolution, including identifying arguments for appeal where appropriate.

In addition to strong legal advocacy, this role requires demonstrated skill in client consultations. The successful candidate will have a track record of converting consultations into retained clients by clearly identifying legal issues, explaining strategy in accessible terms, building trust and credibility, and helping prospective clients make informed decisions about representation.
