TruOak Financial Partners is hiring a Managing Director to recruit, develop, and lead a growing team in Atlanta while continuing to build a successful personal practice.

More than 30 advisors have joined our firm this year. As our team grows, we are looking for a leader who wants to play a meaningful role in that expansion. This is an opportunity to establish your presence in the market, influence the team we build, and grow alongside the people you bring here.

Success in this role comes down to three things: recruiting talent, developing advisors, and producing business. You will actively build a recruiting pipeline, mentor financial professionals, and lead by example through your own client relationships and production.

At TruOak, you will have a compelling story to tell prospective recruits. As a non-captive firm, we offer flexibility in how financial professionals build their practices and serve their clients, backed by resources that help turn ambition into progress.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000 based on experience, plus bonus and leadership override opportunities
