We’re looking for motivated real estate professionals who want to learn the foreclosure and distressed property market. You’ll have the opportunity to develop specialized knowledge while working with buyers, sellers, and investors involved in foreclosure and bank-owned properties.

Quality leads are provided, giving you active opportunities to work while you develop your skills in this niche. You’ll also receive specialized training on the foreclosure process, ongoing mentorship, and proven systems to help you manage opportunities and confidently work with clients.

Marketing and operational support are already in place, allowing you to spend more time developing relationships, following up with leads, and moving transactions forward.

Previous foreclosure experience is not expected. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable working with clients, and interested in developing expertise in a specialized area of real estate.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity, with earnings based on individual activity, production, and results.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.
