Fast Boy Marketing is looking for an experienced printer service technician to support our print shop in Beasley, Texas. Our equipment is Ricoh Pro C9210, Pro C9200, and Pro C9110 production printers. Work arrangement: Onsite; part-time service work / contract engagement; flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive, negotiable based on experience. Hourly or per-visit arrangements will be agreed before work begins. We welcome technicians with hands-on experience repairing Ricoh copiers/printers or digital production presses from other manufacturers, including Xerox, Canon, and Konica Minolta. Experience with our specific Ricoh models is a plus, not a requirement. You should be willing to learn these models, use technical service documentation, and diagnose faults methodically. Independent technicians and service businesses able to provide onsite support are welcome. Scope of work - Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. - Diagnose and repair SC errors and their underlying causes. - Service or replace image transfer belts, fusers, developer units, and drums as needed. - Resolve print-quality, paper-feed, color calibration, and registration issues. - Identify required parts, help source suitable parts, and explain availability and lead times. - Document findings, completed work, parts used, and recommended follow-up maintenance. What we are looking for - Practical maintenance and repair experience with Ricoh copiers/printers or digital production presses; please specify the brands and models you have personally serviced. - Experience with Ricoh Pro C9210, C9200, and/or C9110 is preferred but not required. Relevant experience with other models or production press brands is welcome. - Willingness to learn our Ricoh equipment and work from service documentation, with a clear diagnostic and repair plan. - Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and print-quality problems independently. - Ability to travel to our Beasley shop for agreed onsite visits. - Reliable communication and clear estimates before repairs or parts purchases. - Ricoh technical training, relevant certifications, and verifiable service references are a plus. - Fiery/RIP troubleshooting experience is a plus.
