In this role, you’ll work closely with agents, transaction coordinators, and marketing partners to ensure every property listing is meticulously managed from launch through closing, creating a seamless, five-star experience for clients.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of an in-office, collaborative team environment and brings organization, initiative, attention to detail, and calm under pressure. You’ll be the person who keeps the moving pieces moving, anticipates what needs to happen next, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of the listing process.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary of $52,000-$65,000, plus referral commissions, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the team.
