Job Overview
The Technology Solutions Architect is a senior technical leader embedded within Agile delivery teams, responsible for designing scalable, secure, and aligned technology solutions. This role translates business requirements into implementable architectures, applying sound software design principles and enterprise standards to complex initiatives.
The Solutions Architect provides architectural guidance throughout the full software development lifecycle, partnering closely with developers, product owners, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure solution integrity, technical quality, and predictable delivery outcomes. This role influences design and implementation decisions, mentors delivery teams, and proactively identifies risks, tradeoffs, and integration impacts across multiple concurrent initiatives.
