Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for executing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy for their respective Market Units. They will drive recruiting efforts, external relationship building, and relationship management with MU Leaders. The TABP is responsible for ensuring that the staffing needs are met in their respective market unit.
