Have you spent years building your sales skills but feel your income no longer reflects the value you create?
Maybe you've sold life insurance. Maybe you've worked in telesales, mortgage, financial services, real estate, high-ticket sales, or remote closing.
You know how to get on the phone, build trust, ask good questions, handle objections, follow up, and close.
We can teach you land.
We're looking for someone with an inherent, insatiable drive to achieve — someone who wants greater control over their income and the opportunity to be rewarded directly for the value they create.
Someone who shows up, works the system, follows through, and gets better every week.
The income follows. It always does.
Core Values
Our work is rooted in our values; decisions and actions are all evaluated under these
Integrity — Do the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
Growth — Be coachable. Keep learning. Get better every week.
Resourcefulness — Find solutions, not excuses.
Ownership — Follow through and finish what you start.
WorkPlay — Bring positive energy and enjoy the journey.
The Role:
You'll be on the phone with landowners across the country, uncovering opportunities, building trust, presenting offers, negotiating deals, and securing signed contracts.
Some conversations are straightforward. Others involve title issues, probate, tax problems, family situations, access challenges, or unrealistic expectations.
We're not looking for someone who can simply read a script. We're looking for someone who can think, ask great questions, understand what's really driving a seller's decision, and follow up when others quit. The people who thrive here genuinely care about helping sellers, but they're also competitive, internally driven, and take ownership of their pipeline and results. If you enjoy solving problems, negotiating win-win outcomes, and having direct control over your performance and income, you'll probably love this role.
Who Thrives Here
The people who excel at LandPenguin tend to have a few things in common:
They take ownership of outcomes instead of blaming circumstances.
They enjoy solving problems that don't have obvious answers.
They understand that trust is earned through consistency.
They follow up long after other people have quit.
They welcome feedback because they care about getting better.
They are naturally competitive and enjoy keeping score.
They don't require micromanagement to stay productive.
They believe excellence is a habit, not an event.
