objectives. Ensures accurate and compliant based measure documentation and reports quality-of
care outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required
- CA RN License required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or quality management.
- Preferred; CPHQ or HACP-CMS
