Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist for our Creve Coeur office. This is a frontline client experience role where you are the first point of contact. Polaris is a mission-driven law firm that helps families protect what matters most before a crisis happens.

For many people who contact our firm, that first call comes during an uncertain or emotional season of life. They may be worried about aging parents, long-term care costs, probate, or how to protect their family and assets. Your job is to help them feel welcomed, understood, and guided toward the right next step.

About the Role

This is an in-office position. As our Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will answer calls, respond to inquiries, gather important information, schedule consultations, and help ensure every prospective client has a smooth and positive experience from the very beginning.
