Responsibilities
- Effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
- Provide support and assistance to end users to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams to identify and address issues.
- Implement solutions and improvements to applications according to business needs.
- Optimize application performance and availability through continuous monitoring and analysis.
- Provide training and technical documentation to promote self-learning and problem-solving by users.
- Availability to work rotating shifts
