Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end implementations.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating and supporting UAT activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Mandatory experience in Credit Derivatives and Capital Markets.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Required – Soft Skills

• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

• Experience with Santander.
• Knowledge of Darwin platform enhancements.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Responsibilities (Activities to Perform)

• Lead Phase 2 of the CDS NY implementation project.
• Manage project execution, planning, tracking, and governance activities.
• Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Darwin-related enhancements and improvements.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.

• English: Advanced (C1)
