The China noise & vibration intern is directly working on design and implementation of test methodologies to eliminate unwanted acoustic noise. Communication with design as well as cross-functional teams in other countries will be critical. The candidate will work on a specific project on noise & vibration reduction for industry-leading consumer electronic devices.

Minimum Qualifications
MS/PHD or equivalent, preferably last year student specializing in Acoustics / Mechanics / EE
Major in acoustic or vibration with electronics relevant experience
Fluent in English & Mandarin and technical concepts in English & Mandarin
Strong theoretical and experimental background in acoustics & vibration, or magnetic interaction.
Solid testing and data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with acoustic testing equipment (chambers, microphones, etc)
Comfortable with MATLAB, Python, and ability to learn new scripting skills
Ability to effectively contribute in fast-paced, constantly changing, multitasking environment
Flexibility in problem solving approaches
