Medication & Routine Tracking: Remind clients to take medications on schedule and assist with basic health routines specified in their care plan. Companionship & Reporting: Build supportive relationships, track changes in client health or behavior, and immediately report concerns to management. App-Based Documentation: Complete shift records, arrival/departure logs, and visit summaries through the HHAeXchange platform.
