Apex Technical School is an adult vocational school located in Long Island City, New York, that provides top-tier vocational training in high-growth trades. Student Records Coordinator will be responsible for accurate data entry, support teachers with administrative tasks, support department heads and record keeping.

Responsibilities

Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purpose
Review and enter data updates in the system
Review discrepancies in data received
Advised supervisor of issues related to the department
Data entry/data processing

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

Customer Service experience, at least 2 years’ experience in an office environment.

Hourly Rate: $18-20 an hour
