Responsible for delivering all 3D & BIM models for various projects using industry leading software, such as Civil 3D, Revit, Naviswork, 3dx Max, Sketchup etc, based on project requirements

Provide CAD drafting and create 3D models
Create & Manage BIM families, components, and templates
Align 3D model as advised by Project control Manager/Planning Engineer for 4D/5D Planning
Incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models as directed
Assist in resolving clashes by coordinating with other disciplines and making necessary adjustments to the BIM models
Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and coordinate design elements
Participate in regular coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops to address clashes and conflicts
Generate accurate and high-quality 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM models
Ensure consistency and adherence to project standards in the extracted drawings
Review and verify the accuracy of extracted drawings before submission
Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization and Industry
Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for BIM modeling and coordination
Collaborate with the BIM team to develop and enhance BIM workflows and processes
Collaborate effectively with project teams

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, Structural), or equivalent
ACC ,Revit, Civil 3D and Naviswork Software Certificates are preferred
3-5 years experience in BIM modelling in similar industries
