Responsibilities:

Pre-Make ready:

- Help in preparing RM / ORM on the machine.

Start Up/ Job Setting:

- Ensure that the Raw Materials are fed in the barrels.

- Ensure that all ORM are near the machine (cores, air bubbles ect...).

- Help in preparing the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.

Job Production:

- Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock.

- Prepares pallets and packing material around the clock.

- handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.

- Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections.

- Disposes of generated waste.

- Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.

- To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.

- Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.

Skills:

- Controlling equipment.

- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

Knowledge:

- Machines and tools.

Abilities:

- Basic English communication skills.
