Your role:

You will manage orders and documents related to deliveries;

You will organize and track freight shipments and international orders;

You will prepare logistics documents: waybills, AWBs, invoices, and purchase orders;

You will monitor stock levels, inventory, and transfers between warehouses;

You will manage documents for import and export operations and collaborate with internal departments and partners;

You will ensure the archiving of documents and the preparation of financial statements.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in logistics, order processing, or similar activities;

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy;

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;

Strong communication and collaboration skills;

Computer literacy and experience with ERP systems;

A proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset;

Experience in import-export is a plus.
